SkinnyMint 28 Day Ultimate Teatox

SkinnyMint 28 Day Ultimate Teatox* - £32.90

I'm sure that for most of us SkinnyMint is a brand that needs no introduction. Their teatoxes are all over social media right now as many people are looking for that quick fix to weight loss. If you've somehow not heard of SkinnyMint before, it is a detox tea programme consisting of two unique blends - Morning Boost & Night Cleanse. Both of the teas are all natural & when used together they can help to kickstart a healthier lifestyle. A little while ago SkinnyMint sent me their 28 day ultimate teatox so that I could reap the benefits of the detox for myself.

Now this isn't the first time that I've tried a teatox. Last year I bought Your Tea's Tiny Tea Teatox as it was one of the few teatoxes I could find without senna. I even took loads of photos ready for a review post but I couldn't finish the programme. The tea tasted disgusting & it was such a faff to fit in with my meals. The teabags were really poor quality too & most of them split during steeping. Although the SkinnyMint Night Cleanse does contain senna I decided to give it a go anyway as you only have to drink one or two teas per day & you can have them straight after finishing meals. I was also very impressed by the quality of their teabags. It sounds like such a weird thing to be picky about but it really does make all the difference! They're basically the same as those lovely pyramid bags that teapigs use.

In the 28 day ultimate teatox kit you receive 28 of the Morning Boost teabags so you're supposed to drink one of these every day. Morning Boost claims to increase energy, burn fat & reduce your appetite. It contains quite a few stimulants including green tea, yerba mate & guarana but it still has less caffeine than a cup of coffee. They've included nettle & dandelion leaves to help detoxify your body. Nettle is a natural diuretic so this really helps to banish bloating & get rid of water weight. Natural grapefruit, strawberry & pineapple flavourings are also added to make it taste even yummier. I absolutely love the flavour of this tea. It just tastes like a really fresh & fruity green tea plus it goes down a treat with my daily bowl of porridge. This tea has definitely helped to reduce my appetite. I'm a huge snacker & this is one of the few things that has helped me stick to a proper meal plan. It gives me tons of energy too so I always look forward to drinking it in the morning.

You also get 14 of the Night Cleanse teabags. You're supposed to drink one of these every other night of the teatox starting from the first day. It is suitable to drink any time after your evening meal. Night Cleanse claims to reduce bloating, improve digestion & help weight loss. The main ingredient in this tea is senna leaves which act as a natural laxative. It's definitely something to be aware of as you might want to stay close to the bathroom when you first start the programme. The tea also features a blend of ginger root, orange leaves, lemongrass, liquorice root, peppermint leaves, hawthorn berry & psyllium husk. Most of these aim to improve digestion and relieve bloating & constipation. To me it just tastes like peppermint tea which is something I love to drink anyway. But here's where I started to have problems with the teatox. I mentioned that I'm not a fan of senna products & the main reason for that is because I have IBS. I definitely do not need any help with going to the toilet. TMI I know but it comes with the territory of teatox reviews. I also don't really agree with promoting laxative abuse as a form of weight loss but this tea only lasts for 14 days & they recommend taking a 4-6 week break between teatoxes.

To reduce the effects of the senna leaves I started steeping the tea for just one minute before removing the bag. Even this didn't improve things & it still made my stomach churn like crazy. Things took a turn for the worse when after a couple of weeks of doing the teatox I got struck down with gastroenteritis. At this point I had to stop drinking both of the SkinnyMint teas because I felt so ill. I took a break of about two weeks before trying the teatox again.

By August I felt much better & decided to drink the rest of the teas. Things went a lot smoother this time as I mainly just drank the Morning Boost tea. During the Summer it was even more enjoyable to drink iced with a dash of pineapple juice. I tried the Night Cleanse once more but I figured it wasn't going to be any good for me. I still have some of the teabags left & I doubt I'll ever finish them off. Despite not doing the programme in full I've definitely noticed a difference from drinking the Morning Boost tea.

I appear to be getting half naked on my blog more times than I would like to lately but I was so impressed with the teatox that I felt the need to post photographic evidence of my results. My stomach looks much less bloated than it used to which is pretty miraculous. I only lost 3lbs during my teatox which was probably just water weight but as I wasn't very well I didn't get much chance to work out. SkinnyMint is best taken alongside a healthy diet & regular exercise. I would imagine that it can contribute to substantial weight loss when used in this manner. I think my figure looks pretty good right now considering I didn't really change anything about my diet!

Overall I would say that the SkinnyMint teatox is well worth trying out. It can help tremendously with bloating, just don't go into it expecting to lose loads of weight. Personally I wouldn't do the full teatox again but I'm definitely going to repurchase the Morning Boost tea separately. It's a great energy booster at the start of the day & has such a delicious flavour. SkinnyMint can also be purchased as a 14 day starter teatox or if you want to try it out with a friend they have a discounted set of two available. Have you ever tried a teatox before?

Bimuno IMMUNAID Prebiotic Pastilles + £500 Gift Card Giveaway!

Bimuno IMMUNAID Prebiotic Pastilles* - £9.99

Healthwise, the past few years have been quite difficult for me. I suffer from anxiety and the biggest cause of it is my gut. In turn my anxiety exacerbates my gut problems. It's a vicious cycle & one that is very hard to break even after having CBT. With therapy it is possible to change the way you think about certain situations but when your body won't cooperate with your mind, it makes things a lot more difficult. Although I've never been clinically diagnosed I'm pretty sure that I have some form of IBS. I've mentioned my love of health supplements many times before. One of the reasons I take so many is in order to keep my stomach under control. The main thing that helps me is taking probiotics which are live bacteria that are good for the digestive system. They also help to boost the immune system, prevent UTIs & yeast infections and clear acne & eczema.

Things like Yakult & Activia are next to useless but I've had a lot of success with probiotic pills. The ones I currently take contain five billion microorganisms per capsule so they're really potent. I was recently contacted by Bimuno to see if I would be interested in trying their IMMUNAID chewable prebiotic pastilles. Prebiotics are non-digestible carbohydrates that act as food for probiotics. They further boost the effects of probiotics by ensuring the survival of good bacteria in the gut. Basically it's a really good idea to take probiotics & prebiotics together for optimum gut health. All of the products in the Bimuno prebiotics range feature their unique patented Galacto-oligosaccharides in various quantities. IMMUNAID also contains vitamin C which contributes to the normal function of the immune system making it an ideal supplement for the Winter cold & flu season.

I've been taking IMMUNAID for the past few weeks & I have actually noticed a difference in my body. Every morning after breakfast I eat two of the pastilles. The benefits build over time so it's important to keep taking them every day. Despite their orange appearance the pastilles don't actually taste of oranges. The taste is a little odd but they're still sweet & pleasant to eat. They are suitable for adults & children over six years old. Anyone with a weak or compromised immune system would benefit from taking this product. Ever since Chloe started school she's been picking up loads of colds & normally they quickly spread around our home. I've managed to avoid catching any illnesses so far this year & I think that taking these prebiotics has probably helped with that. When Chloe turns six next year I'll definitely buy some for her too. In terms of my stomach issues everything has felt a lot calmer & more comfortable recently. My anxiety has lessened as a result & I feel less sluggish overall. One of the side effects of IBS is bloating & I've found that these help massively with that problem. I'm going to continue taking these as I feel that they work in harmony with the probiotics I was already taking. If you ever struggle with digestive discomfort or have a poor immune system then I would highly recommend trying some of the Bimuno products.

Even if you don't normally suffer from stomach problems, prebiotics are really useful if you're travelling abroad. The best way to protect against foreign tummy bugs is by boosting the good bacteria in your gut. However your natural digestive balance can be affected by things like foreign food or drink, the climate and even the stress of travelling itself. Most people rely on measures they can take once the problem has occurred but it's far better to be prepared before you go away by taking one of the Bimuno products. In case you're planning a trip abroad Bimuno are currently running a competition to win a £500 Trail Finders gift card. You can spend it on any trip or flight organised through Trail Finders. Simply enter using the widget below. Good luck!

Stationery For The New Year

I first bought a Frankie diary two years ago & I simply had to get another one this year. They are my favourite diaries ever & well worth importing from Australia. The 2015 diary is bound in grey cloth & is A5 which I think is the perfect size. The beautiful pages were illustrated by Sara Hingle who has embellished every spread with colourful patterns & cute drawings. There's plenty of room to write down everything you need and a pocket at the back for storing bits & bobs. I especially like the special sections for addresses, birthdays, shopping lists & working out budgets. The diary also features gift tags & sticker sheets. I just love absolutely everything about it! I always pre-order my Frankie diary so that it has plenty of time to get here & to make sure I don't miss out on one. They seem to still have some in stock so it's not too late to order one of these utterly gorgeous journals for yourself.

I love Cassey's exercise videos and in an attempt to kickstart my fitness regime this year I decided to buy her Blogilates fit planner. I went for this one over the Dailygreatness training journal mainly because it lasts for the whole year instead of just 12 weeks. I used to track my food & exercise using My Fitness Pal but I find it a pain to use if you're not eating things that are ready made. Instead I've just been writing what I'm eating & how much exercise I'm doing everyday into the planner without obsessively counting calories. When you're writing things down it's obvious whether you're eating sensibly or not. As long as I'm eating healthy food & following an exercise plan then it's bound to have a positive impact on my body. The food & workout log sections are quite small but there is just enough room to fit everything in. I really like that it has a section for progress pics so you can see the changes & note down your measurements. It was about £27 including delivery from America which isn't too bad. I just hope it'll spur me on to finally get fit & lose weight.

I've become slightly obsessed with washi tape lately. They're so great for decorating anything & everything. I hated not having any proper storage for my tapes though so I scoured the internet for a nice looking holder. I struck gold with this adorable pink deer washi tape dispenser which I found on Etsy. The seller is based in Hong Kong but my package came super quickly & they even included another washi tape as a free gift. You can get loads of other animal tape holders on Etsy including cats, ducks & polar bears! I bought the rainbow washi tapes from Amazon. These rolls are a lot smaller & thinner than most tapes but they only cost £2 and rainbow colours always look cute.

When it comes to design, typography is my greatest passion. My personal style tends to be influenced by Swiss modernist type which is dependent on sans-serif fonts & grid systems. However I still think it's important to keep up with current design trends and listen to what consumers actually want. Modern copperplate calligraphy is everywhere at the moment. One of my goals for 2015 is to teach myself this style of calligraphy so I ordered some supplies from Scribblers. I found this excellent beginner's guide to modern calligraphy and I made my purchases based off the recommendations there. I got a plastic Speedball pen holder with Brause Steno, Rose & Extra Fine 66 nibs. I also got some Speedball Super Black India ink & a pad of cartridge paper. I'm just practicing with them at the minute but I might buy a guide so I can learn the proper techniques & different script styles.

Fashionable Fitness

Vest - H&M / Sports Bra - M&S / Leggings - Zaggora* / Hoodie - American Apparel / Trainers - SportsShoes*

Yesterday I went to the gym for the first time in three whole years! I'm definitely feeling it today. Since I had Chloe I've had literally no time to myself and now that she's finally started preschool one of my main goals is to lose weight and get fit again. I can tell I've put on some weight over the past few months. I no longer have any willpower when it comes to cake, chocolate & biscuits. All my clothes feel tighter and it's really getting me down. So this is the perfect opportunity to sort myself out and stop feeling so crap about everything. Going to the gym isn't a particularly glamourous affair. I like to work hard at the gym so I tend to look like a sweaty ugly mess by the time I'm done. It's hard to look nice with your hair scraped back and no makeup on. If I do wear any makeup it's just a bit of mascara, undereye concealer & lip balm so I look a little less zombie-like. Instead I think it's important to invest in some cool gym clothes. Personally I think the main things to get right are a good sports bra and the right kind of trainers. I swear by my M&S sports bra, it offers fantastic support & didn't cost too much either. I normally wear plain black leggings and a colourful vest. I like the ones from H&M. They're fairly cheap but look awesome. I wore this neon orange one yesterday which was only £5.99.

When I used to go to the gym I wore a pair of MBTs which are amazing at toning up your legs & bum! But their wobbly sole made it harder to lift weights and participate in exercise classes. I've heard so many people going on about Nike Frees lately so I decided to get a pair of them instead. I got mine from SportsShoes.com who have them at the lowest price I could find. These are the Nike Free TR Fit 3 so they're perfect for working out in the gym. They enhance natural flexibility and help to strengthen your foot muscles too. I cannot tell you how enamoured I am with them! They look incredible and feel really comfy. They've definitely helped to spur me on a bit. I couldn't resist a bit of neon pink but they come in so many amazing colour ways, I kinda want more haha! I'm used to barefoot technology from my MBTs so I haven't had any problems with them but apparently you need to get used to them gradually. I'm normally a size 5 in every shoe shop but after trying on a 5 and a 6 I decided to go for a size 5.5 which is perfect for me. If you want some trainers especially for the gym then I can't recommend these enough.

To go with my new neon trainers, I picked up some sports socks from Primark. They're tacky but colourful and entirely fit for their purpose. For only £2 you can't go wrong!

On top of trying to eat healthily and exercise more, I've decided to take up the Zaggora two week challenge. I was sent a pair of their HotPants 2.0 Capri leggings to try out and I think they're a great choice for workouts. They look stylish and feature a special fabric technology to help you burn more calories. When I first tried them I couldn't get over the swishing sound they make but as soon as I went outside in them I didn't really notice it anymore. They definitely make you sweat! My legs were drenched with sweat when I took them off. Make sure you bring some spare underwear if you wear these to the gym (TMI? Yes...). Anyway the challenge is the wear them for 30 minutes a day for two weeks and then measure any difference in your hips, tummy and thighs. My hips are a major problem area so I really hope they work! You can wear them anywhere, even if you're just doing housework and they'll help you burn more calories. I might even wear them to bed considering how cold it's gotten lately.

Something I never used when I previously went to the gym is protein powder. I think it's something that's become more widely accepted as a way of toning up rather than just something that hardcore bodybuilders use. I'm roughly following the Tone It Up diet as a fitness guide and they have some great recipes for protein pancakes, coffee, muffins etc. They also produce their own protein powder called Perfect Fit. It's a brown rice based protein so it's a lot easier on the stomach than whey protein and is sweetened with stevia. I think it works better in food so I'm gonna get a flavoured protein to mix with water too. For this I bought a Blender Bottle. I had one of those Maxitone protein shakers with the mesh but this uses a ball shaped whisk inside the bottle which makes protein shakes so much smoother. The Tone It Up girls sell them online but I found this in Boots a couple of weeks ago. I'm also using my Fitbit Ultra to track my steps & calories for the day. Mine is actually a bit smashed up now and refuses to sync properly so I think I'm gonna invest in a Polar FT4 watch instead. Fitbits are great if you just want an estimate of calories burned but a heart rate monitor is gonna be more accurate and more helpful for proper gym training. So yeah that's my fitness plan, I just hope I can actually stick to it this time. I'm fed up of my flab and it's time to shape up. Wish me luck!

Clear Skin Smoothie Shots

When it comes to your skin the phrase 'you are what you eat' couldn't be truer. Sometimes no matter how many amazing skincare products you use or how diligently you adhere to a skincare routine your skin can still look a mess. The main causes for spots other than poor skincare are hormones, stress and diet. There's not much you can do about hormones or stress as they're just things that everyone has to deal with but you can improve the things you eat. I eat a buttload of sugar which I would say is one of the major contributing factors to my breakouts (and flab!). My diet really affects my eczema too. So I've been trying to eat slightly better by adding more green vegetables and fresh fruits to my daily food intake.

Mini Milk Bottles*

It doesn't help that I'm super lazy and if I make a green smoothie one day I'll probably end up leaving my blender in the sink for the rest of the week. So a way of making sure I get some green goodness every day is to divide the smoothie mixture into smaller portions and down one each morning. I was sent these adorable milk bottles from Dotcomgiftshop and I think they make the perfect shot glasses.

There's tons of green smoothie recipes out there but I like this one because there's enough natural sweetness in the fruit to negate the taste of the kale and every ingredient is brilliant for your skin. Most people choose spinach for their smoothies but kale is even better for you and contains more vitamins than any other green vegetable so I'd recommend using it instead.

Ingredients
1 cup kale
2 cups pineapple
2 sliced bananas
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 cup coconut milk
1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Method
Layer all solid ingredients in the blender.
Pour in the coconut milk.
Blend on high until smooth.
Pour into milk bottles.
Enjoy!

April Favourites

Bourjois Magic Nail Polish Remover
I saw this product on quite a few blogs so I obviously couldn't resist trying it out for myself. Its basically a little pot that you put your finger into for a couple of seconds and it will take all of your nail polish off for you. I think this concept has existed in other forms before but this is only one that actually works and doesn't smell like death. Its acetone & paraben-free and is enriched with sweet almond oil to make your fingers feel & smell lovely. I was amazed at how quickly it took off my nail polish, it wasn't quite the 1 second it says on the pot but it was near enough. I really love this product and its so nice to be able to change my nail polish several times a week without removing the previous colour being a horrible chore.

Caudalie Beauty Elixir
Is there a beauty blogger around that hasn't featured this in their favourites this month?! As you can see I've nearly finished this 30ml bottle already so I just had to invest in the 100ml one when it was on BuyaPowa. I've been using this as a toner and it really is the most refreshing thing I've tried on my skin. The herbal scent is amazing and its great at perking me up when I'm feeling tired. I find that it has helped to tighten my pores & I've not had as many blemishes this month. You can also use it over your makeup to stop it from looking cakey so its excellent if you use powder foundations. At £30 for the big bottle I can tell that this is going to be an expensive addiction...

MAC Soft And Gentle Mineralize Skinfinish
I really do not understand how I didn't own this product before now! I just couldn't stop myself from buying more highlighters in my never-ending quest for glowing skin but I think I may have finally found what I've been looking for all this time. This highlighting powder has a really high sheen that gives your cheeks the best glow ever. I tend to use Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation most days of the week but the finish can be a bit too matte for my liking. It needs something extra to make my face look alive. As a super pale person I can't really wear bronzer without looking like I've not washed for a month so to perk up my skin I need to use highlighters instead. I find that this product makes my face look healthy and glowing and it looks fantastic when photographed using flash. I can't see myself buying any more highlighters after this one (although I did buy two others on the same day!) and I'm really glad about that because it was becoming stupidly expensive.

Real Techniques Expert Face Brush
I bought all three of the new Real Techniques brushes last month but the expert face brush is definitely my favourite one. Its a smaller version of the buffing brush from the Core Collection set but I think it works even better than that one. Its the perfect size & shape for foundation application and it just makes my skin look flawless. A lot of people want to try buffing brush but don't want to purchase that whole set so I'd recommend getting this one instead. Its only £10 and its the best foundation brush I've ever tried. If you want to know more about the other new brushes have a look at my review.

SUQQU Eyebrow Liquid Pen
Ever since I plucked my eyebrows into oblivion as a teenager I've been obsessed with getting the perfect shape. After years of growing them back I started filling them in to make them look as good as possible. I normally use powder and an angled brush to fill them in but sometimes I find that I can put too much powder on leaving them looking a bit too dark & heavy for my platinum hair. Last month I went to the Selfridges beauty hall in Manchester for a quick browse and one of the counters that caught my eye was the SUQQU one. I'd never really heard of this brand before but I liked the look of their products so I let the sales assistant try out some things on me. Their eyelash curlers are bloody amazing, they're used horizontally and they make your eyelashes look mahoosive, even better than with the Shu Uemura ones. But the only thing I decided to buy was this eyebrow pen. I'd wanted to try some of the GOSH eyebrow pens but none of the colours suited me & I think that colour match is one of the most important things to consider when filling in your brows. The pen cost me £20 and the shade 02 brown is a perfect match. The super fine tip of this brush means you can really control the shape of your eyebrows. It leaves my brows looking full but natural. It can also be layered up depending on how dark your natural hairs are. The pen is water & oil-resistant so it lasts all day long without any smudging. I totally recommend this if you're looking for an excellent eyebrow product.

Fitbit Ultra
I'm a bit of a gadget freak and I'm obsessed with calorie counting via MyFitnessPal. One of the things that always niggled me about that app is that its hard to tell exactly how many calories you're burning every day. I'm someone who walks everywhere so I just had to estimate how many calories I had burned from how long my walk had taken. I saw this little gadget on BuyaPowa and was immediately intrigued by the concept. Its basically a very cool pedometer with a calorie counter built into it. It is shaped like a clip so that it can hook onto your belt, your pocket or the middle of your bra. It wirelessly syncs with your laptop to give you an overview of how much exercise you've done each day. It can link up with MyFitnessPal and will automatically add your exercise entries so you know exactly how many more calories you can eat for the day. One of its most interesting features is that it can be used to track your sleep. Its so cool being able to see exactly how many minutes it took me to fall asleep, how many times I woke up in the night and how much sleep I've gotten over a week. Its really been helping me to keep track of my calorie intake and it has encouraged me to do more walking and exercise. Mine has been practically surgically attached to me since I got it. It almost pained me to take it off for this photo. At £79 they are pretty pricey for what is essentially a glorified pedometer but I really love mine & because I got it off BuyaPowa it was £10 cheaper.

Girls
My number one TV show of last month is obvs Game Of Thrones but on Sunday nights in America HBO also air this show called Girls. It follows the lives of four twenty-something girls living in Brooklyn. In terms of age group its almost the middle ground between Gossip Girl and Sex & The City. The show focuses on loads of different issues from trying to get your foot on the career ladder after finishing uni to relationships with shitty boyfriends but pretty much all of it is hilarious. I can definitely identify with the character of Hannah which is probably a bad thing haha. I think that one of the main strengths of the show is the fact that these are girls and situations that normal people can empathise with. Their characters are definitely not aspirational but they're enjoyable all the same and I just can't get enough of this show.

Jenny Craig Week Two

Chocolate coated & wholewheat flakes / Tangy tomato soup & grated cheddar cheese / Creamy chicken fricassee / Thick vegetable & green lentil dahl with sweet potato & butternut squash / Chilli con carne

These are some of the things I've eaten during my second week on the Jenny Craig diet food delivery service. For me the standout meal was definitely the thick vegetable & green lentil dahl. It was packed with flavour & really filled me up. I added a steam bag of sweet potato & butternut squash to my meal and they went so well together. I find that I often pick vegetarian items even though I do eat meat, vegetables seem to satisfy my hunger pangs a lot more. Thats one of the things that I've liked the most about Jenny Craig. Theres a strong emphasis on filling up with vegetables & fruit rather than on carbs which is what I tended to do in the past. I did end up cheating a little bit because there was cake & ice cream in the house which was far too tempting. Despite my sweet treats I managed to lose another pound this week bringing my total weight loss to 3lbs in two weeks. I think thats really brilliant & it shows how much its possible to lose if you have a good diet structure in place.

From doing this two week trial I feel that I've learned a lot about the Jenny Craig style of dieting & nutrition in general. I understand the concept of volumetrics & that its possible to fill yourself up with healthy things if you eat a large amount of them. I try not to deny myself if I do fancy some chocolate or cake but I do limit the amount so that it won't have a counteractive effect on the rest of the healthy food I'm eating. My consultant Anna has been really helpful in getting me to understand the eating patterns that I fall into. She has provided me with explanations & answers as to how I can live my life whilst losing weight. One of the main problems I had was with portion size. I often had the same amount of food for dinner as my boyfriend, who is one of those annoying people who goes to several fast food restaurants in one day and still doesn't gain weight. By having a smaller portion for the 'main' part of the meal and filling the rest of my plate with veggies, I feel fuller despite having eaten less calories.

Jenny Craig is a great programme to follow because it gives you that exact balance of food without any effort. Its been really nice to not have to think about what I'm going to eat each day because its all already prepared & written down for me. I would prefer to be able to eat exactly what I fancy each day but this diet takes out the guess work and stops you from having to worry about how many calories are in everything you eat. The convenience of having your food delivered is brilliant for people like me who don't have a car & its saved me from taking a million trips to the supermarket every week. Once you've stocked up on fruit, veggies & low-fat yoghurts, you're pretty much good to go. The phone calls with my consultant each week are a great way to reflect on the things you've eaten over the past week & get motivated for the next week. They can help you plan for meals out & teach you how to manage your diet once you've reached your goal weight. Its good to hear an educated insight into nutrition & I have found these to be a brilliant help each week.

I've had a few days off the diet now and I've found that its already helped to instill some good eating habits in me. I've been having porridge, yoghurt & fruit for breakfast and I find that this fills me up a lot more than the pieces of toast I used to go for. I've also added tons more fruit & veg into my diet which has really increased my energy levels. I've really enjoyed following the programme so I was thrilled when I was contacted to see if I wanted to carry on with the diet. So hopefully I'll be receiving another hamper of food soon. Jenny Craig has really helped me with some of my diet demons so I'm glad to have found a diet programme that agrees with my lifestyle & eating habits. I'm looking forward to see how much more weight I can lose & if I can get to my lowest weight ever.
